When User was trying to create Transfer Order with the Delivery Note 81690010, they found the Material 10529759 with Grid 738 which is missing in order.

They also checked the material 10529759 in delivery note and found the warehouse status which is blank as shown in below screen shot.

Solution Analysis and Recommendations

In Delivery 81690010 go to Item Overview tab and select the Material 10529759 drill down on Batch split Indicator as shown in below screen shot.

It is observed that Storage Location in the delivery is PRVA instead of HKDC.

This stock might have received from a return delivery from a sales order (Created before WM Implementation) which might have placed the stock in PRVA storage location.
When Delivery is created the STOCK in PRVA is considered first.

Resolution

Suggested Client to change the storage location PRVA to HKDC in delivery note so that Stock Transfer would be created.
